    Howdy folks,

I am looking for a more reliable source of parts for Antique firearms.

I currently use Numrich, but lately, everything that I am looking for is sold out and I am told by them that they do not know when they will get the parts in, which is understandable considering the age of the weapons that I work on.

So, if any of you have other sources that you are willing to share, please do.

    Thanks!! :D

De nada. Most of that I gleaned from Alan, another old timer on the Numrich forum. Most valuable thing we can share is information.

The idea of a sticky sounds good, especially if we give details of what kind of stuff the business has to offer. For example, I found some unfindable Enfield parts at Springfield Sporters. I have been building up a paper notebook of the links for C&R parts suppliers with a short description of what they offer. I expect that it will save me some time when I go looking for parts.

Allow me to add two supply sources that have provided exactly what I need more than once.

Ebay.com they won't allow guns, but parts do sell there and sometimes it is exactly the part you need.

Gunbroker.com They sell guns of course, but it isn't unusual to find someone parting out something unusual like a Glisenti 1910 or a Holland & Holland in 505 Jeffries, etc.
