Snap cap Question

    is it worth it to buy snap caps for 9mm's i got a ruger p95 was told dry firing doesn't hurt it really so should i bother to buy them???

    If you can get them cheap. They are worth having. They are good for function tests and decrease the wear of the gun when dry firing.

    kewl thanx think it's round 20 for 5 of em? do they have a life expectency or can u use em for a long time?

    Yeah, they should last forever. I got some for my G23 but i think i paid under 20 bucks.

    Yes. The spring-loaded kind, not the solid plastic things.

    I have the azoom brand and love them. Traditions makes some that are plastic with a visible spring. The traditions do not last for ever i used them when i got my first glock. Just trying to get used to the trigger, and i actually wore them out.

    I have and use snap caps for my revolver and my P238 when I practice. I'm afraid to not use them. I get mixed info on whether it's okay to dry fire or not.
