What's the best way to mount a scope to a sks?
Dillon Precision: Reloaders, Reloading Equipment, Bullet Reloading, Bullet Reloaders
Thats actually pretty neat towboater!
I had a PSOP on one of my SKS's it was a nice scope, but bulky, and required me to drill and tap the rifle...
Thats nice but I was hopeing I could keep the irons
This is an alternative- people either love it or hate it-
Some folks complain that the mount is not stable. I have one, but it required filing to fit, and is tighter than a banker at a charity dinner.
It DOES limit the scope you can use to a shorty, or ejected brass whacks the scope, and you may not be able to use stripper clips.
Yeah I've seen thoes. I'm a cnc machinest and I'm starting to think I might try and make something my self. At least some kind of bracket I can screw a rail to.
