i got this SKS yesterday in a trade and it looks almost brand new except for a few spots where the bluing has rubbed thin

can anybody tell me who made this rifle?
the only marks I could read said CAI and im sure that's the import company im curious as who actually manufactured the rifle

Century Arms International in St Albans Vermont was the importer of your rifle made by the Chinese government arsenal.

thank you.... the guy I got it from said it was a norinco but I don't read Chinese so I had no idea

Norinco is the importer of the rifles through contracts. Chinese government is the builder of it.
