Also i did a search for this topic and i couldn't find any on this forum. Before someone posts a link hehe
I just finished this build for a customer. I use a solid trigger bar to eliminate the spongy, sloppy trigger feel that the wire actuated stocks suffer from. I also do left-hand bolt carrier conversions so that the old pearlie whites don't get broken:I totally get what you're saying. This was helpful!
Thanks
You might have to call 411 and ask for L. Kermit in Oklahoma City, OklahomaSorry to bring up a old thread, but do anybody know if "the Thompson" is still available for the SKS?
I guess this is an old thread but figured I could add a thought or two. I've owned a Norinco paratrooper SKS since the 90's. Didn't really shoot it that often over my other guns. Then figured it would be a fun project to make my own bull-pup setup for it. Not a kit & made so only 2 bolts need to be removed to take-down for cleaning. It was a fun project & it works great (for an SKS).[/IMG]![]()
Well anyway, I'm sure converting an SKS into a bull-pup isn't something all shooters are interested in but it was a fun project using an old 'cheap' gun that wouldn't have been a travesty if it didn't work out.3 posts = ability to post pics
