Anyone have Skingripz on their 1911? I just purchased a set after reading reviews about them on Amazon. There were 5 reviews for the style I purchased and each user rated them at 5 stars. I will update this thread once they arrive in the mail and I get them installed on my SA 1911 Gov't.

Got my new Skingripz in the mail yesterday and just installed them on my SA 1911 Gov't this morning. First impression is that these grips are great! Retention is drastically improved over the factory wooden grips. Fit was perfect, no adjustment was needed. They even came with o-rings to keep them from having any play in them to prevent any unwanted noise and prevent the grip screws from working loose. I haven't been to the range yet but I'm sure I'll only love these grips even more after I put a few rounds through paper.

Their website is www.skingripz.com but most of their sales are through eBay for $29.00 and free shipping or through Amazon.
