It's far from begging. It's practicing our right to petition. the 2nd amendment was written in as a last bastion of hope when all other avenues of Government fail, not as a default arm rest when the Government disagrees

This really needs to be read, especially go to the "Timelineeadliest US mass shootings" link. I don't think that a lot of us are aware of how often these shootings occur.
