Am wanting to put night sights on my para expert carry any suggestions?

It would depend on what you would be using it for (primary use)....range gun or carry/sd gun?

I have older eyes (53) and do not much care for the busy three dot sight setup.

My favorite setup for range use is a 10-8 U-notch, plain black rear with either a fiber optic front or a gold bead front (with the slight nod going to the gold bead front).

For carry/sd - my favorite setup is the Heine straight eights. The rear sight is basically the same as the plain black 10-8 but it has one singular tritium dot to line up with the tritium front sight (sortof like a figure eight sight picture).

All of my guns have one of these two setups.

Be careful and use a good quality sight pusher.

Para front sight is a little tighter than normal or other 1911s.

Lubricate that sucker good and take your time installing.

(And put that hammer down. It won't work here.)

the truglo TFO sights might work for ya too. Haven't tried them myself but I like the clarity of fiber optic sights and these blend that with tritium.
