That’s like saying, “I don’t use the Internet.”
Welcome to the site Ray. Dont be afraid to ask questions most of us wont be rude. It means Sh¡t hits the fan. Its used to discribe when something gets very bad and very serious. Example could be if there is a major disaster and the world as we know it is changed for an unknown amount of time.
New too but welcome...
SHTF = Should Have Tried FirearmsTalk.
Come'on, he DID!
Now, WROL! TEOTWAWKI!! LOL!!!
I like that better than the actual meaning.
OK now your just screwing with me! What's "Wrol" and " teotwawki" ?
Teotwawki stands for the end of the world as we know it. Don't know what Wrol means.
Wrol= without rule of law
SWMBO? Just what the hell does that mean?
It took me a while to figure out YMMV, and I see these two used in conjunction with each other quite a bit.
Yeah, SWMBO? WTF (What The Fuc*?) SWMBO: Soundly Whipping My Bongos Openly.
You apparently figured out YMMV. Do tell. Is it an acronym for Young Mute Male Virgins used by the Taliban?
Seriously? Don't play with me, I'm tempted to believe that!
Hey it fits, but I believe the "official" making is "your mileage may vary"
If you would believe that I've got a bridge to sell you. I have no idea what it means. Like most things.
SWMBO: She Who Must Be Obeyed
OMG, it's so fitting! Ha ha!
If I only knew what she demanded I would obey her. Unfortunately it seems that what she asks and what I hear are in two different languages that seem to have opposite meanings.
Oh that is so true. As soon as we get on the same page, they go and change the whole damn book.
