Here are some before and after pics of a Winchester 1890 pistol grip deluxe rifle that I restored recently. Started as just a barrel receiver I bought on GB.

tough to follow some of the work here....WOW
I built this 10/22 from parts, the barrel was new, but dinged up so I polished and reblued it, the stock was an original walnut that also needed refinishing. The gun was donated and raffled off on our local gun forum
