My first question would be why is someone looking to trade a scope worth twice as much as the gun?

Well its tough without being able to see the link but I can tell you this, if it doesn't have tritium it isn't a trijicon and there are boatloads of Chinese knockoffs out there that are worth about $100.

Yeah i did some checking and it has to have the tritium warning trijicon acog has to be raised lettering in the aluminum and it has to have the barcode and the model # stamped very clearly on top

Ok so you have a pretty good idea of what you're looking at. I have one question for you. How old is it? Tritium has about an 11 year shelf life. After that your looking at basically just an overpriced scope.

It looks legit but the fakes are very good. I'd ask for a shot of the chevron before you make a final decision but I'm less trusting than most especially when it comes to the acog. I've seen "experts" fall for fakes and that's in person.
