ive read up on here about how the early sigma 9mm/40cal was so similar to glocks that S&W got sued so they changed a few things...now my question is how do i figure if my sigma 9mm is one of those 1st gen glock copies or the post law suit changed ones. Im just curious really,i cant look a my gun right now as its 350mi away :( but i believe its a sw9ve..any ideas?

The 9VE is the 2nd gen. From what I've learned at the S&W forum the 1st gen was model 9F.
