ok so i have my dies and shellplate and components to reload .223 on the lee 1000. here's what i ran into. i used hornady one shot to lube the cases, i put more lube on there than a porno movie set. i've heard pro's and cons about one shot but that's all my lgs had in stock. i have rgb dies, so i decided to decap the brass(after cleaning and tumbling) and ran them through decapper and proceeded to get stuck cases. after adjusting and readjusting decapper die i was finally home free or so i thought. i ran 40 cases through the decapper process and had no problems, then got the stuck cases again, then after removing a few, i ended up with a case that was stubborn and mucked up the decapper pin, so now i had to order new pins to have on hand. i had lots of lube on the cases, so i don't know what's going on. did i make a mistake in getting the rgb dies or should i go with another set of dies? i'm thinking the latter, any thoughts or recommendations would be highly recommended. TIA. BTW i reload 9mm so i have experience reloading, but it is my 1st time with .223. thanks and happy 2012 to you all.
