Ruger MKIV 7mm Mag

I'm looking for a Ruger MKIV or M77 in 7mm mag for my dad. He wants a stainless steel one with a skeleton stock, anyone know where I can find one? I've checked my local stores and sellers and they either didn't have any or none in stainless. Thanks

That would be a markII not IV . Finding one with a oriiginal composite stocked rifle might be hard to do.
