What's your thinking on this Ruger?

I have shot one at range and liked it...light, small, good recoil.

I have been looking at and reading YouTube reviews, gun forums, mags, etc to see if anything to NOT lead me to buy one.

    Would be for car carry.

    Thanks for your thoughts.

Get it!! you won't be disappointed.

I've range tested one and like them very much.
Light trigger pull, accurate, light weight, durable...what's not to like. :)

Are you looking at the .38 spl. or the .357 Mag. model?

I haven't heard a single complaint about them. I personally am holding out for the 357 before I decide to get one.

I have one with crimson trace grips on it. It's not an all day range gun, but it's still fun to shoot. The 38+p's are quite a wallop on the hands. Super easy to conceal and carry.

Is it just going to ride in the car or is to carry concealed?

I've had one for about 7 months and I'm still very pleased with the gun. I think you can't go wrong with that choice.

While on-line I'm watching Guns&Ammo's TV show on the Sportsman channel, and they're talking & testing the Ruger LCR .357 Mag. They gave it an excellent review and said the LCR .357 Magnum is now available.

    spitty & adjohns3 here's your chance... :)

Elsie Arrrrrr is a great firearm for a lot of reasons, one of the most significant is the weight/capacity ratio. It's a very light can o' Whupp-Azz that points naturally and goes BANG every time.

I find it quite horrible to look at, being a traditional wheelgun fan. But I can't argue with the way the damn thing works. I tried out one of the .38 models and placed an order with my gunshop for a .357 in spite of its looks.

It's light, accurate and the trigger pull is pretty nice. I was looking for a light weight hiking gun for the summer (strictly human oriented, animals aren't an issue) and a .357 LCR seems to fit the bill perfectly.

They've been "available" for a little while now but I haven't found one in a shop or online yet. I'm still searching though.
