Ruger CS

    I just want give Ruger a shoutout about their customer service. I recently bought an SP101, and while cleaning the trigger group, I fumbled the return spring pin and parts flew around the room. I boxed up what was left and sent it to Ruger. There was no charge either way for shipping or for the missing parts, or labor. The CS lady was also very pleasant, sharing a chuckle about my ordeal. Just another reason I look to Ruger first for my firearm wants and needs

    I just had my 1st experience with Ruger CS about 2 weeks ago. I bought a 7-round LCP mag. and it wouldn't engage the magazine latch. They shipped me out another magazine, no questions asked. I must agree they aim to please.
