Heres my "set" of Ruger carbines. on top is a 10/22. i got it from a friend, who knew i wanted one, for $25. it was in pretty bad shape. after some cleaning and replacing a few parts, it turned out to shoot great. as a added bonus it seems to be a special edition, the barrel is stamped "Made in the 200th Year of American Liberty" i take it to be a 1976 model? Underneath is my .44 carbine, looks identical to the 10/22, but holds 4+1 and loads like a shotgun. from what i can tell it was made sometime in the 60's and not for very long. i see lots of 10/22 but not many of the .44 carbines, so i thought id share.
