Yeah I use mine for home defense. As you can see, I have that side saddle and I practice reloading with snap caps. Got it down pretty fast. Have never fired it but the snap caps seem to be getting good results on the pin. Had it for almost a year, never shot it No serial # or anything. Why trust my life with a firearm I have never shot? Well the snap cap tests seemed pretty assuring. Shotguns like this are so simple. That's why.That Winchester Model 37 single barrel is really a neat old gun.
