For those who follw this show, you may know the new season will be shot in Texas. Presumably this season will be set in the Texas Republic. I am pocketing a little extra cash working on the set today. Not very interesting, yet. All an inside "bar" scene so far today.

I worked on the new Transformers a little while back. That was fun and lucrative!

I've never heard of the show. Does it put us in a bad light?

Set in the future. Electricity no longer works. Everything has gone back to a medievil standard. Neutral on gun rights.

It's on NBC. It's actually the only show I watch on the station.

This season will be filmed all around the Austin area. We are in Cele today. I believe Luling tomorrow (SE of Austin). Good folks to work with. No butt heads at all.

Nah. Did some big lane closures for some chase scenes. A lot of helo shots. Michael Bay is very high energy. Some did not like his style. I thought it kind of amusing. He knows what he wants and has little patience for people who do not work hard or have no clue.

It is one of our "shows" too. Pretty good, IMHO

Ended up doing 15 hours with them. Hey, $600 is $600. And they fed us well too!

My wife went to high school with Zac Orth and did some theater with him there. She's thrilled to see him get a semi-leading role.
We've watched the show from the beginning and really like it. Thought Charlie was just going to be eye candy in the first several episodes because she sure didn't seem like she could act - just fluttered her eyes and showed some skin. Maybe just poorly written by the screenwriters at first. But she's turned out pretty well.

I watch it on Netflix. A couple random thoughts that I can't seem to resolve. The people are forbidden to have firearms; most of the militia have musket type rifles. WTH happened to the millions on guns stashed away in safes and basements all over the country. I just can't believe that a decade after an emp, we still don't have working bolt guns, shot guns, etc. There are just too many fruitcakes like myself that will stockpile weapons and ammo and friends who do the same. Just saying....

The gun prohibition was in the Monroe Republic. In 15 years, a lot of registering/banning/seizing can take place

During one episode they did a flashback are were talking about they had been fighting so much that they were running out our ammunition.
