There is a large pin on either side of the carrier that must be removed. Then remove the small pin in the rear that retains the firing pin. Then the bolt can be taken apart and pulled completely out. Do not loose the spacer ring or the firing pin spring. There is also a Gunsmith Video on YouTube somewhere with a guy doing exactly that on the 7600. I saw it a while back while I was doing some research regarding my Remington 740 Semi Auto.
