My dad has an old Remington that was passed down to him many years ago. He would like to shoot it. Does anyone know where to find the ammo for it? It is chambered for .25-10 Stevens. Is there a possibility of reloading them?
    Thank you

I believe that is a rimfire round. more commonly just called a 25 rimfire or 25 stevens. I don't think anyone has produced ammo for it in quite some time. Can be found at gun shows at around $50 to $75 per box. rimfires can not be reloaded.

They have some for sale on gunbroker.com - use 25 stevens for your search in the ammo section. You can shoot both the longs and/or the shorts in your rifle. Buy the newest ones if you want to shoot them. I've shot many of the "Canuck" they are fairly recent (1960's).
