    just found a Remington 03-A3 in basement in good condition

    missing bolt what do you think its worth and is worth replacing the bolt

    Value depends on condition. If you can post some pictures, it would be very helpful to determine value. It is definitely worth replacing the bolt, because the rifle is a classic.

    When you have a chance, wander over to the New Member section and introduce yourself to the folks.

    Well, if you don't want it, I'm sure someone here would take it off your hands....

    Of course get a bolt. If it's really in good condition and Bubba hasn't gotten to it, you can get around $700 starting price for it, but why would you want to sell it....? It's a piece of history and still usable. Check the stock for cartouches, check the dates on the barrel and the serial number for date of manufacture. Clean it up, but don't refinish unless the stock isn't period correct, just remove the cosmo if any is there.

    Have a gunsmith check it out and shoot it, shoot it, shoot it.
