rebuilding my winchester model 70

I have a winchester model 70 in 300 win mag and about a year ago at the range a bullet casing had a hole blowout while i was shooting and now it wont extract shells at all because the extractor got knocked off. But i want to redo a lot of things. I would like to change the barrel to a bull barrel, get a new stock bedded and floated, and possibly get the barrel threaded for a suppressor or muzzle brake.
I live in texas so suppressors are legal.
Any idea how much this would cost?

About the same as a new rifle.
Barrel-- maybe $200
Stock-- maybe $150-$200
Gunsmith fitting bbl and stock-- maybe $150-$300
Thread barrel -- maybe $50 - $100
