Hit the range today as soon as I put the new Wolff Springs in (and made sure it was functioning).

Remington UMC 130 FMJ, blazing sun, zero wind AND I had the pistol range all to greedy little self :p

The big circle in the center of the first target was getting on paper and getting a feel for the gun. Then started with lower left dialing in the sights working my way clockwise. All shot using single action.

Second target was shooting at 25 yards , and left with the group in the top right. All shot using double action. Got a few "wingers" in there, but I'm only human.

It is a sweet shooting wheel gun, especially considering what I paid for it. hehehe

Wow! That is definately some "bang for the buck" there.

Did you coat it or reblue it yet?

Did you try out any other ammo, heavier or lighter?

No coating yet, just keeping rubbed down with oil.

I didn't have time to try other ammo. I had half an hour before my wife went to work so I grabbed a box of 38 special (didn't care what) and rushed out of the house (forgot hearing protection). I'm sure I'll get some time trying out different loads, I just wanted to check for function today.
