    I was looking on this picture but still can't figure it out what is this little rack components call exactly. any idea?

    Lol, Thanks, I mean the Rack Component (The one that let the hold the rife barrel), I was wondering what is that part call.

    And I was just messin' with ya Trang. A good bandsaw or scroll saw, jigsaw could make you one of them for your cabinet easy enough.

    I make mine with the drill press, and the tablesaw. Drill a line of 1-inch holes down the center of the board, about three inches apart. I then rip the board through the center of the holes with the table saw.

    Any comments on how you finish them. (finished wood? Foam? Teflon Tape?)

    Sand it and then a clear finish. Usually a water based polyurethane.

    Then, UHMW Polyethylene tape on the surfaces the gun will touch. It is naturally hydrophobic, so it wont hold or attract moisture that could cause rust. And, I happen to keep a couple of rolls of it on hand for use as a bearing surface in jigs-n-fixtures. You can buy it as "slick tape" on Amazon, or most industrial supply or woodworking stores.
