Do you think 10mm would have become more popular if it was designated as.40 Magnum?
Would have to go back in time and change history for that. The .40 was designed to be a weaker 10mm when the FBI determined the 10mm was too dificult for many Agents to handle.
The 10mm was designed in 1984.
The .40 S&W was designed January 17, 1990.
Probably not, it did not make the .40 Super any more popular.................
Oh, probably. They may have sold 5-10 more of the things if per year they had done it that way. Saying '10 mm' just doesn't grab the buying public's attention like '9 mm' does. ??
The term "Magnum" had fallen from grace a bit by the time the 10mm came along. At least as far as LE handguns were concerned. Too many limp wristed administrators afraid of his officers carrying MAGNUM handguns.
By .40, do you mean the "10MM short and weak?""
I like that. Gonna steal it.
I blame those "magnum" condoms.
You need this. 10mm converted mp5
That's just plain sick!
I'm bidding on it currently
Wish you luck. That'd be one hell of a fun way to blow $200 in a matter of an hour. I hope you reload 10mm.
Just ordered the die,1000 heads and 1000 brass for 100$
They want 239$ for 200 rounds at lgs. I almost had a heart attack
Yeah I paid $1 ea for my carry rounds and usually around $30 for 50 for punching paper. I gotta start reloading. Lol
I have a little reloader that will do one at a time if you want it just to get your feet wet
I appreciate the offer but I'm broke as a joke right now. Gotta put $ away for the wifes bday when I get paid.
