I was looking at Promag steel 10 rounders because theyr'e half the price of Ruger mags. I know thair polymer mags for the mini aren't reliable. But how are the steel mags? Any issues with them?

I have no poly mags at all for my mini. I have 1-5 rd,1-10 rd. 7-20's,6-30's, and even 5-40 rd mags, all are steel. When I find a plastic or POLY mag that works, you all with be the next persons to know after me. I had 1 tapco and it failed to feed properly 2 times. There was not a Third time. It got the Ace Freley/Pete Townsend Treatment. Too bad we did not have phones with Video back then.

I ordered 2 of the Promag steel last week. I'll see how well they work and report here.
