    Makes sense, they're both nightshades but it looks like the potatoes would rot long before it sets any tomato fruit...

    Been around a long time. Yes, they are both same botanical family. Taters take a lot longer to fully develop than maters do.

    Not a real good tomato plant, and not a real good potato, but it is a real good novelty.

    Except I think they named it wrong. I think it should be tomatopato.

    Cool Idea, pretty freaky, not gonna eat them though! Ive found that things designed for multi purpose or universal arent really good at anything they are supposed to do!

    Sounds like that should be my diet slogan. I really believe that's my problem.

    When I was a teen, the problem wasn't WHAT I ate, it was HOW MUCH I ate. Now it's reversed. I don't really eat much, but what I do eat should, in all actuality, make human beings ill. Red bull and deep fried crispitos for breakfast and such.

    I may give this a try.
