She’ll get over it
Just keep it professional..lol... lol..
I'm 13 hours away... you got it easy.. I'm near Toledo Ohio.
Yeah, and if I set my GPS to avoid toll roads its almost 6 hrs. That's still pretty far. Looks like fun though to go there and just browse around if people live close by. But my guess things are still gonna be price gouged.
A gun show that big, you’ll find some good deals, the show I went to Saturday had some good prices on guns, not so on ammo but there wasn’t much ammo there
A friend took this from his 28' day boat. I'm at the helm in the 66' entering Narragansett Bay, RI. headed for Newport Harbor. You can't tell from this shot but it was pretty rough that day. I hit the bay entrance with a incoming tide fighting the exiting current. At the entrance was hitting 4 footers directly on bow. It's a little smoother in here.
Got in some early Autumn paddling. Port Gamble, Wa.
Let me talk to her.
Balota, Buckhuntr and I have been to Wannenmacher’s Gun Show several times. It’s about a 20 minute drive for Balota and I. Maybe a few minutes more for Buck. I’m back to working weekends again but I’ll bet Balota would like to meet anyone at the Gun show who would like to go. I’ve been off on a very long medical leave and dare not ask for the day off. Maybe Buck could meet, too. It is a SPECTACULAR gun show. A couple years ago I saw Hickok45 there. He’s a very tall man. I still regret not going up to him for a short chat.
Actually I believe last show was cancelled due to COVID.
Balota and his little girlfriend.
A cruise with a view.
The last of the Mohicans!
The picture was last Friday of one of our 7 feeder still out at the time. All but three of the hundred/s of our Humming Birds left our place on Saturday. On Sunday the three were still around. But Yesterday (Monday) morning the three had gone. Well another year of setting on the Porch having morning Coffee and enjoying watching them has gone! And they are headed South for the Winter.
It is amazing each year, that usually about the end of April depending on the weather. Three of four of them will show up first and look at us through our Living Room Window.
Seemingly telling us they are back. Like "HEY" Dude where's the food"!
But before they all left, they were going through 7 ea. 32oz. Feeders a in 24 hour period.
My dads up in Maine hunting birds, makes me jealous. 12 more days till I head up
This was at Flaming Gorge. The kayak is a cedar strip I built. My son has it now.
Was that the Blue Ridge Mountains in the photos?
Appalachians or Smokeys. Just looked more like the Blue Ridge to me.
They're the blue ridge, the furthest one in the picture is the WV border.
I was almost sure it was the Blue Ridge Mountains. I think they are flat beautiful if anyone has not been there. They owe it to their selves and family. I have a friend that did live in Ashville until last year. We went and ate at the Pisgah Inn Resteraunt one afternoon. And a Fantastic view as well. He also advised me the Military trains soldiers in the Blue Ridge Mountains. We live in the Appalachian Mountain Chain so we appreciate mountain beauty! But the Blue Ridge Mountains has always been on of my favorite. Nothing wrong with the Great Smokey Mountains either.
