Ill take one... Honestly, I wouldn't know what to do with it.. But it sounds exciting...
Ayla laying on one of her toys, looked funny at the time...
Did they check your pockets before you left?
They threatened to
It's hummingbird season.
Oh My! A hummingbird MOTH. I had a few around last year but none so far this year.
A pic & the caption of one of the many guns in a local museum here.
An inch higher & he might have survived that.
A pic that was hanging in the living room of a house i was working in today. Pic was from the 50's, the younger couple was the home owner's parents. I asked her if she knew what kind of guitar that was & she didn't know. My google-fu seems to suggest it was maybe a Kay.
Looks like a late 40s, tommie 50s Gibson to.me, or a Martin. My daughter has the Gibson my grandfather bought in 53, used, 1947 model, and Inhace hisnood hollow body Martin here. I'll have her send a pic, and post birth, and see if we can id it.
They make fishing a lot more entertaining. I used car onsite and a tin can myself. Seal it, poke Andrew joles, water.gets in, and interesting things happen at that point........
Well, at least the only bike to fall.off a shop lift, so far r, was mine. Windshield caught the empty lift next to it, no one hurt, and only damage was to the windshield, and front brake.lever.
Removed the shield, pulled replacement lever.off.thenshelf, and slapped it in place. The tech who dropped.it, didn't have the right strap on her,.only rated.for 600.pounds, and she goes 720, dry.
He walked right into the paint booth, and fessed up. He also brought the shop copy of the Dennis Kirk catalog, and told.me to pick the shield I wanted from.it, on him. Upgraded to a lower cost two tone plexiglass fairing, that will be in this week.
The old tombstone was about 5 years.old, scratched, and starting to haze, So.a.replacement was.on the list for winter purchases anyway.
And yes, I was a little upset about it, but the respect, and honor, shown by.Dan, makes up for it.
I went up to PA for the weekend to see the family, if my plans work out and I'm headed Westward in a year or so I should be able to get my dog back
I caught this last night, two minutes later the color was gone
That would be great.
Some old 2 9/16 inch 16 gauge shells I picked up this weekend, if they weren't all full boxes I'd try one out
16 gauge shells are a little scarce around here.
Out West, at times, there are some amazingly stellar sunsets and sunrises. Over the years, I'd taken a handful of really wonderful shots. Mostly, though, as you point out, within moments of noticing ... the "magic" would fade.
What was that telephone call that "Gordon Gecko" was placing, while strolling on the beach ...
"Ah, Jesus. I wish you could see this. Light's coming up. I've never seen a painting that captures the beauty of the ocean at a moment like this."
- From the 1987 film Wall Street
I get trivia questions sent to my email every day. Just a fun thing I like to do. Do you all remember the Laurel and Hardy skit “Who’s on first base”? Well, today’s trivia question reminded me of that skit. I can’t stop laughing. By the way, I got the right answer.
