NO SUCH THING AS A "GUNSHOW LOOPHOLE"!!!!I think this whole thing will blow over with little impact on actual laws. Closing the gunshow "loophole" may happen though.
I think that if it does come to that, C&R items should be exempted. You can buy a new rifle anywhere, but old milsurps are hard to come by outside of a show. I honestly think closing the loophole will kill the smaller gunshows.
Bill Nelson has been in FL politics for 40 years, his feet are firmly set in liberal stone.Excuse my ignorance, but is it this politician running the poll, or the AP, as a side bar? Because if IT IS this politician, it means he is obviously open to opinion on the matter, and worth dropping a line to...
I would like to meet the asshat that takes the time to vote "no opinion" in a friggin opinion poll...WTF?current results are:
YES. 501 votes @ 3.12%
NO. 15534 votes @ 96.6%
No Opinion. 45 votes @ 0.28%
hopefully this will send him a message as to where many people stand on the issue of more bans and gun control laws.
15,000 is a lot of buddiesPrimePorkchop said:Showed this poll to my anti-gun "Friend" and I LOVED his response:
"It's only so high because you and all of your gun buddies went and voted"
Um. No ****? You and all your anti-gun buddies went and voted too...and we still kicked your asses.
Ignorance is one thing, but sheer abject stupidity? C'mon, Liberals. Stop acting like a 7 year old on a tantrum.
Hence the quotations marks...NO SUCH THING AS A "GUNSHOW LOOPHOLE"!!!!
Its a made up term by the media and anti gunners. Dealers at shows must still follow all the laws they have to follow in a shop.
If your talking about face to face transactions between PRIVATE sellers, exactly HOW would you enforce this? You would have to REGISTER every gun...THATS a mistake and a huge problem!
