Just recently bought some windowed P Mags from my gun show today.

But they only ones I found were all bright Orangy/Reddish color. Now While I like this as probably a good indicator for what rounds I have in said mag....I'd like to make paint it a dark green color....like maybe Olive Drab or something similar.

I'd have to cover the windows of course with some tape....and I was going to leave some parts still red like the bottom of the mag, the dust cover and the area around the window so I can still see the round indicator.......what type of paint should I use? I'm not looking for the perfect job...just the "Yeah this is mainly green not red" anymore vibe.

Krylon Fusion is meant to be used on plastics.

You might also want to mask off the area that goes into the mag well also.

just k-coat them like matt said, will be able to re-paint cheaply when they get scuffed up

Why is that? Make it more difficult to insert the mag I guess?

Yeah, you may get away with it, but why risk it?
