And the sad part is CTD rapes you on the shipping charges and still delivers crap like that.

Just got off the phone with ctd and there sending a new box...so i got 500 rounds of rio 00 buck for $89 its the loe recoil stuff but im happy

Be careful, they may send this one w/ an elephant. I never would order from them. Everything was fine for years. About 5 years ago they triple charged my bank account for an order. Took 3 months to recover the $$ and they refused to pay the overdraft charges I incurred. That original order was over 200.00, cost me about 300.00 in charges and they denied any wrong doing although my bank and myself sent them the charges and dates. All had the identical reference number.

wow you guys got me wondering about ctd now ive orderd 3x so far. there shiping is high but my stuff has been right on.

I pulled my name from their mailing list several years ago. They are anything BUT cheap.

Cheaper than Dirt is usually anything but. But luckily, it is only 14 miles from my house. I am out there buying something at least once or twice a month. Took my son there last week and he got a great deal on a Bersa 380 CC edition. With his military discount it came out to be a great deal. They have good deals when you go there but the shipping is way too expensive.

The only thing I bought from them was my LWD conversion barrel for my G35. I get emails on their offers. Their ammo offers are high compared to LGSs around here.

part of the reason their shipping costs are so high is that when you order multiple items, they can sometimes come different warehouses they use. so part of the order comes from one warehouse and the other part may come from another one. i have heard too many horror stories to feel any confidence in using them. that plus they are not so much cheaper than MidwayUSA, MidSouth Shooters Supply, or Natchez not to just deal with people who truly care about decent service, fast shipping and lower shipping costs to begin with.

I use to love CTD now they are not as the name states. I have found everything I look for cheaper at most other sites.

I blame both, i understand the shipment box was damaged but every single box inside was damaged as well. Just recieved the new box and everything is great. I am happy now, ecspecially now that i got all that ammi

Years ago I found CTD customer service left something to be desired. I received a defective rifle scope and ended up paying double for shipping to have it replaced. I haven't purchased anything else from them since. Natchez Shooting Supply, Midway, The Armory and Brownells now seem to be able to supply all my needs. Natches has some of the best prices out there.

Ive only had positive experiences from CTD, including bulk ammo delivered in crisp dry boxes. Sorry that happened to you
