I blame both, i understand the shipment box was damaged but every single box inside was damaged as well. Just recieved the new box and everything is great. I am happy now, ecspecially now that i got all that ammiwillfully armed said:An accurate representation of today's society.
OP is blaming the vendor, not the shipper.
I spent 4 years and 300,000 miles behind the wheel of a Fedex Ground truck. Consumers typically don't understand how many times a package is handled.
Or how easily mangled a box will become when packed with heavy items that shift in transit.
