What optics do you recommend for 200 or less? Also how could you make it so you don't hit your hand on the scope with a high bolt lift. Is there anything you can do as far as mounts scopes or rings?

Redfield makes a decent scope that's USA made.
Is your hand hitting the scope or the bolt knob. If the knob clears the scope try lifting it with the heel of your hand.

Redfield makes some good optics, if your looking for something cheap just to throw on a rifle NcStar isn't all that bad they have there issues but for a 22 there not all that bad.

Depending on what your rifle is you can get a rise for the rings or you could just get taller rings, but the closer the scope is the barrel the more accuracy you can get. Depending on your rifle you might get be able to get the bolt bent to allow for more room, It's all up to you. I think it would be cheaper to get taller scope rings if it's really that big of an issue.
