What's ur thoughts on these my friend is selling one and I mite buy it from him
How much? If it is reasonably priced and functions fine, buy it! The marlin 60 is an iconic little gun.
He wants 85 for it and its in great shape has a older tasco scope on it which I'd prolly switch out if I purchased it
Id buy it for that price those marlin 60s are tough lil guns I bet I've fired over 20,000 rounds out of mine
It's been almost an hour since you posted the price. I sure hope you are the new owner by now. Always ask if there is any ammo or gun sleeve he could throw in. It never hurts.
This! I still have my "old" marlin model 60 & love it. Be aware there is a plastic buffer that may need replaceing if the action seems to jam up on something. Inexpensive & easy fix.
Yep bought it cleaned it and shot 200 rounds threw it already nice little gun
The early ones wore the ejectors out fairly quickly. I converted many to the newer style of ejector.
Yea that's the only issue I've found so far it doesn't eject every round how do u convert the ejector
Well sometimes it is a little hard to explain as Marlin made several styles. Here is a link that explains it
I hope this helps.
You are going to love that rifle!
My Tango plunkungfest Westeren Auto 120
That doesn't help mines bolt action not semi auto thanks tho
Here's a photo of it
Don't think that's a model 60.
Maybe a model 20?
Well it is certainly not a model 60
Yeah hate to say it but the marlin model 60 is semi auto.
Not a 60. Looking on my phone the pic is small but it could be a 25n.
Hmm the barrel says model 60 SL
I can't find a serial number on it anywhere
