There was an incident last week where the State Police pulled a pistol licensee's permit and confiscated his weapons. They were surprised when the individual hired a well known 2nd Amendment attorney. The incident was made public and caused an outcry. The police reported that the individual was mistakenly identified as someone else and his permit and weapons were returned.

The governor and the head of the State Police were caught in a big lie that may be the biggest scandal for NY politics in years involving the violation of the 4th Amendment. This radio show from Buffalo reported the incident on Friday night and had the attorney handling the case as a guest. This attorney is conducting the lawsuit against the state fighting against the NY Safe Act, while representing the NYSPRA(NYS Pistol and Rifle Assoc.). He believes a resignation of the governor and police head is a real possibility.

Wishful thinking. President Clinton and former DC mayor Marion Barry set the Democrat bar. Short of finding kiddie porn on his office PC, Cuomo's not going anywhere.

Resign, I think not, he will wear it as a badge of honor amongst his Mother Flockers but dismiss it publicly as an honest mistake thats "being investigated as we speak", I will die of old age before that report comes out!

Thats not to say he's gonna get another shot at Governor of NY, his days were numbered in the Mansion the day he signed the Unsafe Act, his Hench Turds will fall with him all starting with the next election. NY city May have the numbers but they are so freaking lazy that the only way downstates numbers will matter next time is if he formally offers $1000 per vote and he probably cant do that now that our budgets are nearly busted. It took less than three months to turn 95% of the entire state above the boroughs Green with anger over Andy's "I'm safe Act", those are the numbers that will rue the day next election.

NY Downstate Representatives are more criminal than those they put behind bars every day. Their day is coming, the word is out and were not going to be ruled by Albanizer Scrooge and his Mafioso any longer than it takes to vote them out of office.

Remorse never translates to resignation. It'll be played down before the weekend.

I guess we've been beaten down so many times that there's no thinking positive anymore. Former governor Elliot Spitzer was another teflon coated scumbag that no one thought could ever be brought down. Turns out it was a DC prostitute that caused him to resign. Governor David Patterson, who was promoted from Lt. Gov. replaced him and was forced out of the race for re-election, because of a scandal as well. The current dirt bag sitting in Albany also has many answers to give regarding some shady real estate dealings, in addition to this current 4th Amendment incident. I don't know what's gonna happen, cause I'm not privy to what the dirt is on him, but can only hope for the best. That is he ends up in the crapper.

Ends always justifies the means. Especially if it's absolute gun confiscation.

There is a muddy lawn outside his window that's a constant reminder of the hornet's nest he kicked. I say we go ruin it again as soon as they finish fixing it. He needs to have the constant reminder weighing on him.

If Governor Como, feels the need to impose his power on the citizens of New York State and the american people solely for political gain, he should surely resign his position as Governor of New York. It is not only travesty on the citizens of New York but as government as well.
His latest misuse of power as well his New York State Police minions says a lot about his political agendas. And his need to disarm honest and law abiding citizens.

Resign? You're listening to The New York State R&PA!?

The only way Cuomo is resigning is to become the Democrat Party President Elect. The NYSR&PA is a bunch of old boys club idiots from a particular old boys gun club in the Hudson Valley who use state-wide dues to have a free picnic once a year for their families and friends. The Association is so important, so respected, so feared, and so plugged in they had no idea what the NY SAFE ACT legislation was or that it was being voted on.

The only reason the NRA has any presence in NY is that it collects good money from downstate conservatives.

Why is there no movement to divide N.Y.? It seems after 200 years all those "Conservatives" would have created a separatist movement?

Might have something to do with Section 3 of Article IV of the Constitution

New states may be admitted by the Congress into this union; but no new states shall be formed or erected within the jurisdiction of any other state; nor any state be formed by the junction of two or more states, or parts of states, without the consent of the legislatures of the states concerned as well as of the Congress.

You must first challenge in court existing laws to achieve change. Americans would be in chains if we only quoted laws and never ask why?

Until the media gets a moral backbone, the democrats will continue to rape and pillage as they please.
