Why they refused to hear it: too many left-leaning destoyers of the BOR's 2A protections on the Court.

Why we're in this fix: over time, too many left-leaning destroyers of the BOR's 2A protections on the Court.

    Same ol', same ol'.

Hope for the near future: the GOP retains the Senate, gains the WH, and one or two of the liberal SCOTUS justices decides to retire in the next ~3yrs.

RBG is apparently one of the long lived reptiles David Icke talks about. 86. not long now, probably election day +1.
    Bryer is 82.
Thomas indicated he might retire, then did not.

    so, three at least.

Thomas is underrated. He is a role model. Scalia was outspoken and drew attention. Thomas holds the fort, quietly. He should be a shining example but he probably hates being that.
