Not new but first intro...

Hey guys! I'm not a new member, been here a couple years I believe but just realized after exploring this FT app more that I have never properly introduced myself on here. How rude, right!? I only use the phone version and just read the intro stickies and believe it or not just learning how to use everything properly. Anyway, born and raised in Hawaii. My dad is a recently retired police officer. Grew up around guns and love 'em. I joined this forum to heighten my knowledge on firearms and to be a part of a great community of mature people. I have learned many new things just from being a member here and have recently built my first custom AR-15 style rifle with much knowledge I've gained here. I've lived here in Arizona the past 8 years. I moved here after college to play for the Cardinals and played 4 seasons with them and also 2 with Indianapolis. Been an athlete all my life. I'm the youngest of 4 (3 sisters). Dad lives in Hawaii still. Mom passed away a few days after we lost the Super Bowl in 2009 at age 47...miss her dearly. I have my own family now, a beautiful wife and two little boys (2 & 4). I think that about wraps it up. Forgive me for being years late on this, literally. But better late than never!
