Yes, looks good. What caliber are you using?
Wow! That is not a nice target, that is an AMAZING target. .37 MOA (roughly) at 1,000? Yeah, that will get it done.
Great shooting. Now let's see some pictures and specs on the rig you used to do it with.
I am guessing it's no fresh out of the box Remington.
The target was shot this past Saturday by another guy. It is a thing of beauty. Don't hold my feet to the fire but I think the rifle was some 6MM. Sorry I don't know more.
On the other hand I fired my first sub 5" group at the same match. I shoot light gun with an old, old Hart rifle. This gun is number 27 of the 38 he made. It has a Hart action, Hart wood stock, Kreiger barrel with brake, chambered in 6.5X284. I use H4350 & a Sierra 142 MK. I haven't done a photo of the target but here's the score sheet. Look for Halstead.
6MM makes sense. We have a older guy here shooting 1000 with a 243 Win. He's a very accomplished shooter and shoots groups similar to what you posted. The only problem he has is that he goes through 3 or so barrels a year with that .243. Actually not a problem for him as every year he orders 4 barrels for his rifle at a time.
That target is impressive!
That's very nice shooting at 1K.
Outstanding! Yours is amazing, too.
seeing this makes me wonder why i own any rifles with scopes
