Looking to buy my next handgun in TX. In your opinion, is it smarter to buy a handgun right now with more than 10 rounds or does it not matter? With all the things government is trying to do I would hate to not get a higher cap pistol if they eventually ban 10+ round mags here, but at the same time I've been really wanting a new revolver of some kind.

Personally, I would something that would hold 10+. The way I see it, you should always be able to get another revolver, but anything over 10 rounds is uncertain right now. If nothing goes on with the ban you can always sell and get your revolver. If SHTF and they do by some chance get banned you can still sell it under the radar and buy 5 revolvers... Just my thoughts...

Your in Texas, home of STI. If you can afford it, I'd look into one of their 2011 high capacity semi autos! They are sweet machines!

Yeah, get the high capacity. They won't come after your guns, but if I'm wrong then you've got high capacity mags to prevent them! Lol
