Picked up this M&P full size .40 today used from an ad I found. Has the crimson trace grip, box, and all for $550. He says it has about 100 rounds through it and it is super clean. Seemed like a good buy considering the CT is not cheap. Looking forward to shooting this gun !

You'll love that gun! She is accurate and that heavy slide takes alot of the "snap" outta the .40. Enjoy brother :D

Thanks everyone. To be honest, I like the way this gun feels more than my Glock. We shall see how she shoots !

You won't be dissapointed! Your Glock may be a little jealous of the range time your M&P gets in the future. :D

Great price on a great shooter. I have had my M&P for just over a year now and still love it. The factory trigger leaves some to be desired, but it does smooth out after around 500 shots fired. You might also check into the APEX kits to smooth things out better, give a more pronounced reset, and have a lighter trigger pull. They are pretty inexpensive and not too bad to install. There are also videos of doing a "trigger job" on it available if you are so inclined. Other than the factory trigger, I think the M&P is probably one of the best poly guns made today.

Thanks for the advise on the trigger. I believe I will try out the factory trigger for a couple thousand rounds and see how it is.
