Hi ICEBOX I bought a new savage 243 & all of the reloading s--t with it to add to my other calibers, I have been checking on line for loading data for the 243 I suggust that you to go on to check out different loading data for the 243 as I did , also buy the hornady reloading catalog that comes out on the news stands annualy, good luck with it, its a great caliber for Deer & coyotes, that why I bought mine for coyotes, Iv'e been using my 22/250 for years but wanted to try a change
