I think that they work pretty good but not sure I like the way they look
My biggest problem with the Pachmayrs that I put on mine (note: I am talking about the all rubber grippers)...
Was the fact that they had brass inserts embedded in the rubber (to give them better form/rigidity). Those brass inserts came through the back or underside of the grips and thus in contact with my pistols frame underneath the grips. They were scratching and marring up the finish after some use.
However, these that you have look to be better in that respect. With the wood portions of your grips - they would not need the brass inserts like mine had and thus no issues as I described.

All of their grips are very comfortable and also offer very good "gripability" (I just made up a word)!!!!
I took the same direction via a different route-
I keep my full wood grips & have the finger grooves
Best of both worlds... them'r nice
Hogue sells an all-wood w/finger grips.
