I collect mostly military style weapons...WWII and later...such as:
Thompson SMG 1927...Colt 1911 / 1911a1...a 1944 M1 Garand...a 1943 IBM M1 Carbine...Colt M1908...FN P35 ( from 1937 Waffen stamped )... a Walther P38 ( from 1939 Waffen stamped...very low serial number 2xx )...and a Waffen stamped Croatian K98...
And my wish list includes: Mauser 30 cal Broomhandle and Luger P08...and a MP40...and a M3 Grease gun...
Current Military firearms: an Olympic Arms AR15 (M4)...Yugo AK47 (UF)... Beretta M9... Sig M11...an East German Makarov and a East German PPK
Cowboy Action: Colt SAA in 45lc and Ruger Bisley Vaquero in .357mag with leather for both...( love to practice my quick draw )...but have yet to join up with a CA club in the area...
Collect platforms for my favorite caliber ( 45acp ) Para Ord P-12...Colt Gold Cup National Match...S&W 645...Auto Ord 1911...Tommy Gun...etc
I target shoot indoors and outdoors every other Monday ( my day off )...practicing presentation from concealment...point and shoot in one fluid motion ( PA CCW permit ) with my carry pieces P12-45 and Kel-Tec P32
And hunt deer, turkey and small game ( pheasant, grouse, rabbit ) in season with one of the following: a Remington 700BDL in 7mm Rem Mag... a Winchester M1894 in 30WCF...or Remington M7600 pump in 30.06...or my Browning Citori in 12 guage...or my Marlin Model 80 in .22 short. long, and long rifle...or my Browning Buckmark scoped with a red dot.
