Congrats on the FNP .40! :D

I like the cockable trigger on the FNP and the SA/DA choice.

Congrats on the FNP-40, I have one and it's in the top two of my favorite polly frame pistols.

Nice little gun. I'd like to try the FNP at some point. While their sales probably don't match the "big 3" of the poly world (Glock, XD, M&P), all that I've heard seems to indicate that the FNs are every bit their equal.

In my opinion this is true. I own a FNP 40 and a M&P 45. The FNP shoots as well, I think the ergonomics on the S&W are slightly better but it's striker fired instead of hammer fired. I went looking the a FNP 45 as I like the round better and found the M&P, it replaced the FNP as my CC pistol. At some point I will pick up a FNP 45 but have yet to find a range that rents them (like to test drive before I buy).

What is the cost of ammo for the FNP .40 because it a gun that I'm giving a real hard look at if I'm going to buy a .40 cal.

It is as it sits between 9mm and 45acp priced in between.
I usually get federals for around $16 a box FMJ that is. To me the .40 cost afew dollars more than 9mm but I feel it has a larger savings over the .45

I have pistols in all three rounds but I like the .40 more as IMO is a really good caliber for target or self defense and priced decent.
