The weight bench gets tedious, so I thought I'd spice up the workout by assembling my own Conan the Barbarian official "Wheel of Pain" in the backyard.

It would make a nice companion piece to my "Tree of Woe".

But get this, the wife frowns on it! Yeah, I know, me too!?!

What I need is a convincing argument. Help!

You won't have to weed wack that area anymore.
You could rig it to churn some tasty homemade ice cream.
It wouldn't start to stink on a hot day like a "Wheel of Fish" does.
You could tell her you're drilling for natural gas.
It uses almost no electricity and can cut home heating cost (individual results may vary)
Tell her you'll let her push it too.

Churn some butter. She'll love it and you'll get a workout. Trust me, I've done it and as that cream gets thick you'll start to sweat.

She frowns when I crucify myself on my "Tree of Woe", then wait to drink the blood of the turkey buzzards that come.

Gate can tell you, they get big out here...
