I need to clear out some spiders from the storage area in my basement. My dads going to let me make it a shooting range for my pellet guns but it's filled with spiders. And I HATE spiders. One or two no big deal but a room full:eek: that's a different story. Anyone got any tips for a easy way to clear out the spiders or lessen there population? I don't feel like going to the store but I probably will later. For now I read that vinegar can make a good spider poison.

Anybody make bug bombs for spiders, or regular bug bombs?

Is it a cement floor or carpeted? If its an unfinished basement, mop the floor with some clorox bleach, bugs hate that stuff.

I would be careful using any bug spray extensively if there are any other animals in the house.

PM Shihan. He is the bug man.

I've heard that spiders hate balls. Grow a pair and let us know how it's working out for you.

Lmao. I know a cop that didn't pursue a crook because he ran into a field full of Gardner spiders.

Spiders ate nocturnal. Leave the lights on in that room and they WILL go away.

Spiders are the most difficult pest to control by standard methods. You cannot often spray them directly for a contact kill with pyrethrins, so you must use a residual systemic product. The problem with these are that pests must first walk through the residue, then they later ingest while cleaning themselves.

Spiders do not clean themselves often.

Shihan, scmeehan. I'm the bug man;)

Brakeclean... Knocks wasps dead in mid flight, drops spiders from their webs... Best bug killing thing I've seen.
