Got some 165 grain lead bullets and can't find any reloading data!! Can some one help me????
Hodgdon does not list 165 in either 38spl or 357.
Found this on THR.com
14.5 H110 and a CCI 550
You can go with data for slightly heavier bullets. There should be some 170 gr data out there somewhere.
You should probably obtain the Lyman Cast Bullet Handbook and/or the Lee Precision Modern Reloading 2nd Edition manuals if you want to shoot a lot of cast.
Lee's second edition does not list 165 either.
Closest I can come is 158 grains. What powder are u using?
He needs to use 170gr data.
Ok but in the lee book I have there is no load data for 170g lead bullets? Can y'all tell
Me what other reloading manual is a good one for me to buy? Cause I'l learning I need more than one?
Use the 168 load data
I have the Lyman 1970 43 rd or 45th edition and the closest to 165gr is 168gr both in 38 and 357 loads.list 7 different powders.
