1) Does $850 seem right for a stainless "Fully Loaded" 2001 Springfield Armory 1911 9mm "Near Mint" condition with supposedly 50 rounds through the pipe, case, brush and two magazines?

2) Also would like an opinion of a NEW Springfield "Fully Loaded" 9mm vs S&W 1911 9mm Pro Series should I find either at tomorrow's gun show. I'm looking to make a good decision I can live with. Already have an XDM 5.25 Competition 45ACP and an XDS 45ACP so not looking for a 1911 45ACP at this time.

It is the upper end of the scale, but I would be tempted. Is that out the door? Used Springer 9mm 1911's are hard to find, that is why they cost so much. Someone will likely pay it.
