I just got my Lee master loader set up so I am not a pro yet by far, but mine had to be indexed by loosening the nut on bottom of handle . This made it align up when I rotated the shell holder , If I'm understanding the problem correctly .

There is a screw on the side on the bottom of the head that goes up and down. That screw adjusts the head back and forth to time it. It is on the left side near the front.

Thanks I did some research online and y'all are right it was the index screw! Now all I need is the proper shell plate that's in the mail and I'll be cranking out my .38 spec ammo again!!
